Tim Piatchek

CEO

Founded by Tim Piatchek, Piatchek Retirement Consultants is made up of a community of individuals and business partners who are passionate about helping people grow, retain, and protect their assets in retirement, not just today but for the uncertain future ahead. Tim’s family has been serving the Ozarks in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry since 1968. Before Tim joined the family business, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard. Now, as a financial professional with over 30 years of experience, Tim enjoys helping people preserve their assets and income with safer money options. He holds the designation of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®). Tim and his wife, Terri, have been married for 32 years and have two grown children. In his free time, he enjoys writing and volunteering. He has worked as a volunteer and board member for several 501c3 charities in the Ozarks and is a volunteer with The St. Vincent de Paul Society helping low-income families in Southwest Missouri. He also has published a book detailing the beautiful immigrant story of his family, titled “From Homeland to Heartland” now on Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

Terri Piatchek

BUSINESS STAFF ASSISTANT

Terri Piatchek is from Stockton, Missouri. She was raised on a cattle farm and graduated from Stockton High School.

She went to college at Missouri State University and later worked for JCPenney as a manager for many years. Terri has also worked at Mercy Hospital in the neuro trauma unit and later as an administrative assistant to a Springfield, Missouri, neurosurgeon.

She now runs Terri’s Cleaning Services and is part-time administrator at Piatchek Retirement Consultants. Terri has been married to her husband Tim for over 30 years, and they have two children together.

Selena Hopkins

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Selena Hopkins is from Forsyth, Missouri. She was raised working for her family company, Happy Trails Charters.

She graduated from Ozark Technical Community College for hospitality and management. She later worked for Panera Bread Co as a manager for several years in the Springfield area.

She is now an administrative assistant for Piatchek Retirement Consultant helping make phone calls, set appointments, and sorting files as well as able being licensed to sell life, accidental and health insurance. She has been married to her husband Alfred Hopkins for 4 years, and they have two children together.

in the industry. He has also taught classes through the local SAIFA association to others in the insurance and financial services industry.
